Description:

Ozagrel Sodium is the sodium salt form of the antiplatelet agglomerating agent Ozagrel, which is a thromboxane (TXA) synthase inhibitor that can selectively inhibit thromboxane synthase, inhibit TXA synthesis, thereby inhibiting the production of TXA2 and promoting the production of prostacyclin (PGI2). It has the effects of antiplatelet aggregation and relieving vascular spasm. Can inhibit cerebral embolism and cerebral vasospasm.

Uses:

Suitable for the treatment of acute thrombotic cerebral infarction, postoperative vascular spasm associated with subarachnoid hemorrhage, and improvement of motor disorders and concurrent cerebral ischemia symptoms.
