Physical and chemical properties:
4-fluoro-1H-pyrazole is a yellow liquid at normal temperature and pressure. Due to its low melting point, it will show a semi-solid and semi-liquid state when the ambient temperature is high. It belongs to pyrazole derivatives and has certain alkalinity. It is soluble in strongly polar organic solvents such as N, N-dimethylformamide, etc., but 4-fluoro-1H-pyrazole is poorly soluble in low polar and non-polar organic solvents and water.
Use:
4-fluoro-1H-pyrazole is a heterocyclic organic compound and can be used as an organic intermediate.
Preparation:
4-fluoro-1H-pyrazole was prepared by hydrolyzing 2-fluoroacetate to sodium 2-fluoroacetate, then reacting with DMF to obtain (Z) -3- (dimethylamino) -2-fluoroacrolein, and finally by cyclization with dihydrohydrazine hydrochloride.
